Philipp's Munich Tours – die entspanntesten AGBs Münchens 😎 (Stand: 28.10.2025) 1. Buchung Einfach online reservieren – das ist völlig unverbindlich. Bezahlt wird erst vor Ort, direkt bei mir, Philipp. Ganz easy per Karte am mobilen Terminal (keine Barzahlung, sorry – 2025 und so 😉). 2. Stornierung Bis zur letzten Sekunde kostenlos stornieren. Kein Kleingedrucktes, kein Stress. Wenn du nicht kannst, sag einfach Bescheid – that’s it. 3. Wetter & gute Laune Ich geh bei jedem Wetter mit euch los. Bringt also Schuhe, Humor und vielleicht einen Schirm mit. 4. Gutscheine Gutscheine gelten 3 Jahre, sind übertragbar und können nicht bar ausgezahlt werden. 5. Haftung & Versicherung Ihr lauft auf eigene Gefahr, aber mit gesundem Menschenverstand. Ich gebe mein Bestes, dass nix passiert – versprochen. 6. Sonstiges Alles läuft nach deutschem Recht, aber im Geiste der bayerischen Gemütlichkeit. Cancellation Free cancellation up to the very last second. No fine print, no stress. If you can’t make it, just let me know – that’s it. 3. Weather & Good Mood I go out with you in any weather. So bring proper shoes, a sense of humor, and maybe an umbrella. 4. Vouchers Vouchers are valid for 3 years, transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 5. Liability & Insurance You participate at your own risk – but with common sense. I’ll do my best to make sure nothing happens – promise. 6.
